Here are the release notes
Remodel Relief is an AI-powered home, facility and vehicular maintenance platform, designed by a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, to help aging and disabled individuals live and travel safely.
In 2025, Dr. Shelley Cooper earned the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) credential, further strengthening our commitment to safe, accessible, and inclusive housing solutions. This certification reinforces Remodel Relief’s expertise in universal design, aging-in-place strategies, and disabilityforward home modifications.
We will proudly establish an Ally Partnership with the Center for Disability Inclusion, deepening our collaboration with advocates advancing equity for people with disabilities. This partnership enhances our ability to align technology, housing, and community-based solutions with real-world accessibility needs
Remodel Relief was selected to present at the Kansas Housing Conference, highlighting innovative approaches to maintenance, accessibility, and technology in housing. We copresented with one of our clients, Janel Bowers, CEO, Friends of Johnson County Development Supports. The presentation elevated awareness of how proactive home management supports aging adults, people with disabilities, and housing providers statewide.
Throughout 2025, Remodel Relief rolled out multiple software enhancements, including improved maintenance tracking, smarter notifications, and expanded accessibility-focused features. These updates continue to position the platform as a comprehensive tool for safer, more responsive housing management.
To support our growing user base, we welcomed Justin B. to the Remodel Relief tech support team. His addition strengthens our responsiveness, improves customer experience, and ensures users receive timely, knowledgeable technical assistance.
Remodel Relief has earned the ADA (American with Disabilities Act), Section 504, and FHA (Fair Housing Act) Accessibility Credential.
If you see value in the work we’re doing and would like to support our mission, we’d be truly grateful for your contribution. Your donations help us continue advancing accessible housing, inclusive technology, and community-centered

We’re excited to announce new features that will improve your experience on our house management website. Users can now submit maintenance requests directly from their dashboard, attach photos, and choose appointment times. We’ve also added a real-time chat support feature for tenants and homeowners to connect instantly with our service team during business hours. The new “My Properties” tab helps property owners manage multiple addresses easily.
Some users may still encounter delays uploading large image files in maintenance requests. We recommend reducing image size or submitting one file at a time until the next update. A few users have reported timeout errors when accessing archived documents, and our team is working on a fix.
Your input remains important as we grow. We are also expanding language support and could add SMS alerts for important updates. Stay tuned for more features to simplify your property management experience.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr. Shelley Cooper
